Emily and Christian's wedding day was nothing short of beautiful.

These two became husband and wife on the most perfect September day-- it was partly sunny and in the 70s with a breeze that reminded us that Fall was just around the corner. When I first arrived at the Waterstone, I saw both Emily and Christian while they were getting ready and asked how they were. They both responded with the biggest smiles and said, "Getting a little nervous, but excited!" Happiness just radiated between these two and their families throughout the day. It's obvious from their smiles just how much they love and adore each other

We kicked off the day by capturing everyone getting ready in the infamous Hobbit House and Treehouse on the property. We were all in tears watching Emily read Christian's letter and then again when Emily’s father and bridesmaids saw her in her dress for the first time. It soon became time for Emily and Christian to become husband and wife, so we headed to the ceremony site. We all fought tears when Christian saw Emily for the first time! Vows and rings were exchanged as the waterfall flowed freely from behind the arbor and just like that, they became Mr. and Mrs.!

After the ceremony, we took evening portraits by the waterfall and then headed to the tent to celebrate for the rest of the evening! These two went all out and did not disappoint by smooshing cake in each other’s faces and showing off their crazy moves on the dance floor.

Congratulations, Emily and Christian!
